Start by enrolling online. This takes as little as twenty minutes. We collect detailed information about you and your business to ensure you're the "real deal". We also collect your bank information to facilitate the electronic EFT payments.
At the end of the enrollment, you download and install a small application to your computer. This software, called rootWire, allows you to see the directory and acts as your digital tool for managing your orders and messages.
Shortly after installing the software, you will be visible to the entire network. You can now begin sending and receiving orders through rootWire. In addition, you have full control over your shop profile through our website, which can be updated at anytime.
On the 1st and 16th of every month, your statement is published online and you are notified by email. Ten days later, we debit the accounts of members who owe money to the network, and then five days after this, we deposit to those we owe. Repeat.
